To all of my retro-lovin' visitors!:-
My latest COMPLETELY FREE (With optional donation when downloading, but absolutely NO adverts or In-App purchases in-game!) game is SCRAMBLE PIX for Windows and Android! (Android version is also downloadable either at the linked itch.io page below (if you want to sideload it, or are browsing on the target device), or via Google Play - your choice!)
It's a puzzle game based on (for now, others to follow!) ZX Spectrum, C64 / 128, Atari 8-Bit, Amstrad CPC, MSX, Atari ST, Commodore Amiga, Sega Megadrive, and SNES (so far!) loading/title screens and possibly also demo-scene artwork (with FULL credit for each creation, where possible!), all played in a retro TV setting!
It currently has over 4,120 (!) classic loading/title/scene art screens to unscramble, and 5 levels of difficulty, with EVERY SINGLE playthrough of a level cut up into completely random pieces, so always a challenge even to replay previously-played puzzles!
TO PLAY:- Simply click on a location/piece, and then any other piece to swap them over, until they are all correct! - If you're a bit stuck, you can get a preview / hint after 30 seconds, but each 'peek' will cost you time added to your attempt! HINT! - Pieces Stre-e-e-e-etch and distort if they're in a wrong-shaped slot - use this to figure out the rough shape of the slot where it's MEANT to go! ;)
Currently available on Windows and Android, with other platforms to follow!
I've listed this as an optional donation if you like it, and hoping that people will help motivate me to continue working on / adding to it, as an incentive! ;)
If I get support, I will be adding many more systems (ie Master System, NES, ARCADE, PC Engine / TurboGrafx, Neo Geo, etc) and even more puzzles, with (ultimately, around (or over!) 300-500 puzzles per popular system!
